The government should limit water and electricity use. Discuss.

Now, the earth has a serious problem. It is global warming. The government has to be tried desperately to it. But the government’s efforts come to nothing. So I think a certain global warming measures. It is a limit personal use of water and electricity every month. We have to pay a penalty when we exceed a standard. And the people should strictly limit electricity and water.
On the other hand, energy will not be wasted. People are growing more and more interested in global warming on an international scale. Carbon dioxide in the home gradually is decreasing in the future. If it cost a large sum of money, people will limit electricity and water.
This is an opinion of opponent: it is compulsion. That measure affects the economy. People wouldn’t buy consumer electronics and necessities of life, and so on. CO2 has diminished from a home in the world. Violators may increase. People need to learn how to economize on electricity and water. This measure needs a lot of specialist, for example, a biologist and a technician, a scientist etc.
This is my conclusion. A company can be forced to regulate by law. But a home couldn’t be forced in the same way as a company. If this measure is implemented, people can decrease CO2 from home. So I support with the measure.

Comparison of Britain Christmas and New Year with Japanese Christmas and New Year.

Today, I am going to compare Japanese Christmas and New Year with Britain Christmas and New Year.

In Britain, Christmas Day is a holiday, but Christmas Eve is not. People buy presents for friends and family and hide them until Christmas Eve. Then they put the presents under the Christmas tree. People usually have parties on Christmas Eve and spend Christmas Day with their family. On Christmas lunch and watch the Queen’s Speech. Christmas lunch is usually roast turkey, roast potatoes, vegetables, mince pies and Christmas pudding.

In Japan, Christmas Day is not a holiday, nor is Christmas Eve. People go to various parties Christmas Day and Christmas Eve. It is difficult to do Christmas party for personal taste. It is a one-pot dish cooked at the table, stew and roasts turkey and fried Chicken. And people exchange presents.

In Britain, New Year is a short holiday. Only January 1st is a holiday. People go to parties on New Year’s Eve, stay up until midnight with family and friends and celebrate New Year with champagne. Although January 2nd is ant a holiday, many people stay home. There is no special food for New Year.

In Japan, New Year is holiday is for four days. It is longer than Britain. New Year’s food is “Oseti” and “Zoni”. “Oseti” is foods that fill the tiered lacquer ware boxes with boiled fish paste and herring roe and mashed sweet potatoes containing sweetened chestnuts. Children play a “Karuta” game and fly kites. “Karuta” is a kind of cards. The main event of New Year is gives a New Year’s gift to children. New Year’s Eve food is buckwheat a male. And people watch a female team of popular singers.

In both Britain and Japan, people spend the holidays with family and friends. In Britain, people eat special food at Christmas, but in Japan people eat special food at New Year. In Britain, people give presents at Christmas only, but in Japan people give presents at Christmas and New Year. In Britain, Christmas is more important. But in Japan, New Year is more important.

First Day, I ate “Zoni” at breakfast with my family. “Zoni” is soup containing rice cakes which was eaten on New Year’s Day. I went to my grandfather’s house and I made a round of courtesy calls of New Year.
