comparation sweet or pasta

I compare my recipe with Hayashi’s recipe. The first point is as to health. My recipe is a meal. Her recipe is sweet. The sweet is high in calories and we aren’t full. But it is pasta, you eat quantity.
The second point is as to time. Making the sweet takes many hours. But pasta takes forty minutes.
The third point is as to ingredients. It needs many preparations for the sweet. But it needs few to make pasta.
Considering there points, my recipe is better than her recipe.
